Until late last year, I was stubbornly insisting on working the phone. Here I am, in 2024, finally embracing the Zoom era with new phone and video conference software.

I've noticed a positive change in the overall energy of my conversations when links are shared in the chat box. These links could be to work that was produced, people to meet, or brands to follow. It signals to me that you're curious, strong in your POV, and not a gatekeeper. Let's all do more of that.
