Go into an interview or a headhunter conversation with a POV on the brand you're scheduled to discuss.
Too often, I hear, "I wanted to hear more about the role" or "I'm curious to hear from them what challenges they are looking to solve." I speak for my clients when I say, we prefer candidates who can already identify the challenges.
I suggest looking at a recent campaign and doing a "back of the napkin" analysis of what you liked, what could be improved, and what questions arose. Alternatively, examine a specific channel and see how well it integrates with others. This kind of effort signals to the recruiter and hiring manager that you are diligent, curious, and will approach the process with eagerness and thoughtfulness.
